You may feel a little racy
I recently came across this music video, by Matsuura Aya. The song's name is "Momoiro Kataomoi." This means something along the lines of "Peach-colored Unrequited Love." The video (and lyrics, for that matter) are every bit as ridiculous as you might suspect. I've heard this song at some point in the past. Did it come out when I was in Japan? Did I have some horrible, premonitory dream of what was to come? I have no idea. Needless to say, this video absolutely horrifies me, yet I open it and I find myself transfixed, unable to avert my eyes, or to make it stop. Naturally, I had to share it with you.
A small request.... If any of you can find a poster with a sickeningly adorable (clothed) Japanese girl, as in the aforementioned video, could you be so kind as to point me in its direction? Many thanks.
For some reason that I can't quite place, the song reminded me of a band I used to listen to, Hysteric Blue. More specifically, it reminded me of their song "Grow Up." Now that's good viewing.
As you may know, I have a bit of a...thing for sharks. If you know me well, you know that I am physically incapable of turning off a shark movie, and must exert all of my willpower to keep from turning one on, should I learn that one is playing on the television. In addition to this, I offer a small warning: If you don't like shark movies, never take me to a video rental store. The odds are greatly in favor of us leaving said rental facility with no shark-related incidences. However, should I happen to catch sight of a film which I have not yet seen that has even the slightest chance of a scene involving a man (or woman--I'll save my sexism for other areas) being consumed, or even partially consumed, by a shark, I will require the rental and viewing of this movie. I may fight it. Perhaps we visited the store with some other movie in mind. Perhaps you don't like shark movies. In such a case, I will stop, and stare, and try (with the utmost futility) not to touch. I will stay in this position, wide-eyed and desperate, for longer than any healthy human being possibly could. If I do not rent and view said as-yet-unseen shark movie, it will haunt the deepest part of my being.
That said, I was shown this Jaws trailer yesterday, during a commercial break from the movie Jaws (which was followed by another personal favorite, Shark Attack 3: Megalodon). It is wonderful.
Following said shark movies was a dubbed version of Return of Mothra III. While I am normally vehemently against watching anything that is dubbed outside of its native language (with the possible exception of movies that are in non-Spain-Spanish), at this point, the television was already on. Plus, with the exception of parts of the first Godzilla, I had never previously viewed any of the Godzilla/Rodan/Gamera/Mothra/etc kaiju movies, oddly enough. So I allowed it to stay on, and viewed it. Much like with Momoiro Kataomoi, I was awe-struck. While I can't say for certain that it was the cheesiest thing I had ever seen, I feel compelled to proclaim it as such. Nevertheless, I had to watch it. All of it. And now, I'm afraid, I may have to watch all of the kaiju movies. Thank you, SciFi Channel. When I have a complete psychotic break, I'll know who to thank.

I was wrong.
The RSS feed does do a full post.
I still have to come to your site anyway, cuz now I have to comment about how wrong I was.
Or how it seems like you're suffering from some cabin fever or drugs or some kind of demonic possession because you just used a boat-load of words.
Too bad Jaws likes eating boats.
