Taishou!

Today was our first snow of the year.

 

Also, did you know that "ain't" was considered a proper English word up until about two-hundred years ago?  It was the correct contraction for the words "am not," thus the phrase "I ain't" was acceptable.  However, imbeciles liked to use it to contract "are not" as well, and this upset grammarians and, presumably, elementary English teachers.  So, it was hyper-corrected (much the same way "you and I" is gradually disappearing in favor of "you and me" because people don't understand what a predicate is) to the point that it is no longer considered a proper English word in any situation.  How sad.
